Supported Living Service Manager (Level 5)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supported Living Service Manager to lead a cluster of closely located supported living services in Gloucester. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure full CQC compliance, and deliver person-centred support for young adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behaviours.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with weekend availability and on-call coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across multiple local supported living sites, maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards
- Work alongside Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) specialists and therapeutic teams to implement co-produced support plans and active support models
- Supervise, mentor, and develop Deputy Managers and frontline support staff, building a positive and empowering team culture
- Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice, quality audits, and stakeholder feedback
- Liaise with senior management to ensure services meet regulatory and organisational standards
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (essential)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role within a supported living setting
- Proven track record with CQC / Local Authority inspections (minimum "Good" rating)
- Experience working with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), complex needs, autism, mental health, and trauma-informed care
- Full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle
