This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in supporting multiple projects, maintaining excellent customer and supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. The Role
As Business Support Administrator, you will act as the central point of coordination for multiple projects, supporting customers and suppliers from initial enquiry through to project completion and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all administrative processes run efficiently.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer and supplier enquiries, delivering exceptional service at all times.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications.
- Accurately prepare quotations, contracts, budgets, and other essential customer documentation.
- Process supplier information; reconcile quotations, orders, deliveries and invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company procedures.
- Manage general office administration and maintain organised filing systems.
- Assist with the company's digital presence by creating content, managing social media platforms, and responding to online enquiries.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, helping to develop strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or business support role.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience dealing directly with customers and suppliers.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Desirable
- Experience within the construction, home improvement, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, or related industries.
- Experience managing social media accounts or supporting digital marketing activities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and project management software.
