We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Gardener. At TMGS, we always aim to provide opportunities to develop; all our current team leaders began their journey with us as trainees. You'll be working in teams of up to three on various customer sites, departing in our van to carry out tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, and bed maintenance. Given the physical nature of this role, a good level of fitness is essential.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering 28 days of holiday. Our standard working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work every other Saturday between March and December which is paid as overtime. No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent entry level position for motivated individuals.
