We are looking for a Supporter Services Engagement Coordinator to help deliver an excellent supporter experience by coordinating communications, monitoring service levels and supporting the smooth running of key operational processes like regular giving.
This is a role for someone who can keep work moving, recognise where pressure is building and help the team respond well when demand changes. You’ll lead by example, not afraid to support with processing, or supporter comms when needed, in the name of providing a great supporter experience and recognising the individual moments that matter.

We are looking for a Supporter Services Engagement Coordinator to help deliver an excellent supporter experience by coordinating communications, monitoring service levels and supporting the smooth running of key operational processes like regular giving. Acting as a vital link between supporters and the organisation, you will coordinate communications, monitor service standards, oversee key operational processes and support the effective management of regular giving and donations.
You will take a proactive approach to identifying priorities, supporting colleagues during busy periods and helping the team adapt to changing demands. Whether responding to supporter enquiries, coordinating activities or improving processes, you will play an important role in ensuring every supporter feels valued, informed and appreciated.
This role is based at our modern office in Denmark Hill, South London, conveniently located just a short walk from Denmark Hill railway station, offering excellent transport connections across London and the surrounding areas. The office benefits from a range of local amenities, including nearby shops, supermarkets and high street services, with an on-site café attached to the building, providing a welcoming space to relax and connect with colleagues.
Key responsibilities:

Deliver a high-quality supporter experience by ensuring enquiries are handled professionally, accurately and within agreed service standards.

Coordinate supporter communications across a variety of channels, including telephone, email and written correspondence, ensuring every interaction is warm, engaging and responsive.

Support the administration and processing of donations, regular giving, Gift Aid and other fundraising activities, maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

Build positive relationships with supporters, responding to enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring supporters feel valued and appreciated.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Fundraising Department and wider organisation

Assist in the development and continuous improvement of processes, helping to enhance efficiency and deliver excellent supporter service.
