Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Food Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. You will be working in a very fast moving environment to serve the customers.
Duties
- Serving customers.
- Take accurate food orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Cleaning the shop to a high standard.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
- Handle guest queries professionally, providing excellent guest services throughout their visit.
- Manage time effectively during service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling bills and payments accurately. .
- Strong organisational skills, time management, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role.

10:00-14:00 / 16:30-21:30
Friday 11:30-16:00 / 16:30-21:30
Saturday 14:00-20:30
Must be able to do all kind of hours stated Lewis why I have to read it because above, Saturday can be alternated weekly if needed.
