Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency to meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering strictly to food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by checking ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues.
- Follow standardised recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency across all dishes.
- Contribute positively to team collaboration, fostering an energetic environment focused on delivering excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Previous kitchen experience with familiarity in various cooking techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively during weekends, including early mornings, evenings, or late shifts as needed.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
