Key Responsibilities

Lead Saxon Weald's Governance, Risk management, assurance and procurement functions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Ensure high standards of Governance and Compliance, ensuring high performance and regulatory compliance.

Be a trusted advisor to the Board, Committees and Executive Team delivering high-quality reports and insight that support decision-making and helps drive continuous improvement.

Support a consistent, risk aware, customer focused and value-for-money approach, embedding these principles into departmental plans and performance monitoring.
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
-
Leadership experience within a Governance role, ideally within social housing or other regulated industries.

Proven track record of managing Board and Committees, with experience of influencing around Governance and Risk matters

Excellent interpersonal and strategic skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead change and foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
