Working a shift pattern of 1 day on 2 days off allows for a fantastic work - life balance giving the successful candidates 20 days off per month. At Coastal we understand the importance of Quality time with family and friends. The shift runs from 8am -11pm with sleep in duty paid at £60 per sleep.

No experience necessary for Residential Support Workers as full training is provided. A full UK driving license is ESSENTIAL due to the nature of the role.
