As we grow, we're investing in the structure and process behind our production team to match the ambition of our creative work.
The Role
Reporting to our Production Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the hands-on production and installation of stunning exhibition stands, brand activations and bespoke events. Your toolkit? Precision. Passion. Power tools. Whether in the workshop or onsite, you’ll help bring our ideas to life – beautifully and on time.

· Turn technical drawings into exceptional, high-quality builds
· Use woodworking machinery and tools with confidence and skill
· Think on your feet and solve problems like a pro
· Communicate clearly and collaborate across teams
· Contribute ideas to improve processes and challenge the norm
· Jump in to stand builds and travel when needed – no two days are the same!
· Be a reliable, positive and friendly team player – we love great energy
What We're Looking For
· A self-starter with a can-do mindset and a methodical approach
· 3-5 years of hands-on experience in shopfitting and exhibitions
· Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
· Strategic thinking and decisive action – you get things done
· Clear communicator with all types of stakeholders
· Willingness to get stuck in with warehouse duties (loading, packing, restocking and maintenance)
· Comfortable working on the road across the UK and Europe, including overnight stays
· Open to weekend work and overtime when needed
What You’ll Need
· A basic set of power tools (drill driver, impact driver, jigsaw etc) and hand tools
· The ability to stay cool under pressure and thrive in fast paced environments
· Background in bench joinery, carpentry or similar field is a bonus

· Salary: £27,000 - £34,999 + overtime
