Key Responsibilities
- Lead event operations, client service workflows, and venue coordination activities
- Oversee event schedules, team performance, budgets, reporting, and service standards
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor event quality, timelines, customer feedback, and operational risks
- Develop strategies to improve planning efficiency, service delivery, and client experience
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, event updates, and operational recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in event operations, hospitality management, venue coordination, client services, or service delivery
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with vendors, venues, clients, or event service teams is an advantage

Pay: £58,000.00-£97,000.00 per year
