We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Serve drinks efficiently and accurately to customers, maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Take orders and provide recommendations on beverages and menu items
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and adhere to health regulations
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as necessary
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and serving procedures is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during peak hours
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage with guests effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
