The Role
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Skin Therapist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who is confident in delivering advanced skin treatments while also contributing to the overall client journey and smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
This role extends beyond treatment delivery — you will play an active part in consultation, client education, retail sales, administration, and maintaining our brand standards throughout the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Treatment Delivery & Client Care
- Delivering high-quality skin treatments in line with clinic protocols
- Conducting thorough consultations and creating tailored treatment plans
- Performing skin analysis and providing professional skincare advice
- Educating clients on treatment pathways and homecare routines
- Ensuring excellent client care before, during, and after treatments
- Maintaining accurate, confidential client records
Retail & Sales
- Confidently recommending and selling professional skincare products
- Supporting treatment package sales and clinic promotions
- Working towards personal and clinic sales targets
- Assisting with client follow-ups and rebooking
Administration & Clinic Operations
- Supporting with appointment bookings and diary management where required
- Processing client payments and end-of-day reconciliation
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with product ordering as required
- Maintaining treatment room cleanliness and organisation at all times
- Supporting general cleaning and tidying of communal clinic areas
- Assisting with stock rotation and retail displays
Brand & Team Contribution
- Upholding clinic standards of professionalism and presentation
- Supporting in-clinic events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Contributing positively to team culture and clinic growth
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised Level 3 (or above) Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 4 desirable)
- Has experience delivering advanced facial treatments (experience in aesthetics support is advantageous but not essential)
- Is confident in consultations, skin analysis, and treatment planning
- Has strong communication skills and builds trust easily with clients
- Is self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware
- Takes pride in maintaining high clinical and presentation standards
Additional Information
The successful candidate will also be expected to undertake any other reasonable duties required to support the smooth and successful running of the clinic, as directed by the Clinic Director and Lead Nurse Prescriber, Melissa.
