Job Summary

Duties
- Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
- Restock supplies and manage stock levels to meet customer demand
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming environment
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables when necessary
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or food service environments is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Good time management to handle busy periods efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
