What You'll Be Doing
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the registration and successful opening of your children's residential home.
- Create a safe, stable, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.
- Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team that shares your values.
- Build a positive culture where children and colleagues feel respected, supported and valued.
- Lead safeguarding, quality assurance and regulatory compliance across the home.
- Prepare for and maintain full Ofsted compliance, promoting outstanding standards of care.
- Develop positive relationships with children, families, local authorities and partner agencies.
- Drive continuous improvement, ensuring every child receives the highest standard of support.

Essential
- Experience managing or leading within a children's residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or willingness to complete within required timescales.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and children's residential care.
- Experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
