About Us
We are a premier UK-based lettings and property management company operating within a global cross-border integrated service group. Our core expertise spans property investment, asset management, and high-end cross-border solutions.
With a strong footprint across major UK hubs and an expanding global network, we provide seamless, end-to-end property solutions for international High-Net-Worth (HNW) families, investors, and overseas students. As part of our regional expansion, we are actively scaling our operations in Manchester to connect with landlords, real estate investors, and strategic partners across the MENA region (Middle East & North Africa).
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Manchester team.
In this role, you will be the key driver behind establishing strategic B2B partnerships across the MENA region and within the UK’s Middle Eastern business community. Your primary focus will be connecting with overseas real estate agencies, family offices, wealth managers, and property consultancies to generate high-value landlord leads, integrate client portfolios, and promote our UK lettings and management services (spanning Manchester, North West England, and London).
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Partner Acquisition: Source and establish strong relationships with MENA-based real estate agencies, brokers, and property consultancies that market UK real estate to Gulf and North African investors.
- Landlord Lead Generation: Pitch our full-suite UK lettings and property management services to international Middle Eastern landlords, HNW families, and institutional portfolio owners.
- Strategic Alliances: Build referral pipelines with UK-MENA cross-border service providers, including law firms, tax consultancies, private wealth managers, and relocation/education agencies.
- Co-Marketing & Events: Plan and execute targeted digital webinars and offline networking events (in Manchester, London, and key MENA cities) to boost brand awareness among international property investors.
- Inventory & Asset Integration: Partner with regional developers, build-to-rent (BTR) operators, and property owners to secure premium rental inventory for international clients.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary account manager for key MENA partners, managing performance, optimizing referral structures, and ensuring seamless client onboarding.
- Market Insights: Track UK real estate market trends (especially Manchester and North West developments) and competitor strategies within the MENA investment corridor.
Essential Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or business-fluent Arabic and business-fluent English (written and spoken) capable of high-level business negotiations.
- Experience: Open to ambitious Graduates (with business, real estate, or marketing degrees) or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management (UK or MENA Real Estate experience is a strong plus).
- Work Authorization: Must possess valid UK full-time right to work (e.g., Graduate Visa, Skilled Worker Visa, ILR, or British Citizenship). Note: No visa sponsorship provided at this time.
- Network & Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of the UK residential property market (Manchester/North West market knowledge is ideal); familiarity with Middle Eastern investor expectations and cultural nuances.
- Core Competencies: Self-starter, target-driven, and highly proficient in networking, cold outreach, and managing multi-channel B2B pipelines.
