We are recruiting Support Workers to join our amazing Residential Service in Alfreton.
At Godfrey Care, we support individuals with complex learning disabilities, including autism, as well as those whose behaviours may at times be verbally or physically challenging. We provide person-centred care that is tailored to each individual's unique needs, empowering people to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve greater independence and enjoy a high quality of life. A key aspect of this role is supporting people to access their local community, attend appointments and activities, and take part in meaningful experiences, while encouraging choice, promoting independence, and building confidence in everyday life.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, or behaviours of concern
- Full UK driving licence with no penalty points
- Aged 25 or over for insurance purposes
- Happy to drive service users and support them with community activities, appointments, and social activities
- Training in CPI, MAPA, MAYBO, or NAPPI (or willingness to undertake training)
