Coactive Care is a growing group of high-quality residential care homes, including Georgian House and Meadfoot View. With our brand-new flagship home, Spurfield House, opening soon in Exeter, we are now recruiting compassionate and dedicated Health Care/Support Assistants to join the team at this exciting new service. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new team from the outset and help deliver exceptional, person-centred care to our residents. If you are passionate about supporting others and want to work in a welcoming and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
As a Health Care / Support Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents to live fulfilling and independent lives. You will assist with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, activities, and helping residents develop their independence in line with their individual care and support plans.
You will also support residents to stay connected with the community by accompanying them to appointments, theatre trips, community groups, discos, and a wide range of social activities. By working closely with your colleagues, you will ensure residents are supported in a way that respects their dignity, promotes choice, and encourages confidence and independence.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to people’s lives while being part of a supportive and caring team.
