Lisburn Caravan Centre LTD is a family run business in Lisburn, recently Celebrating 20 years in business. We are customer focused, friendly and engaging. As the business grows from strength to strength, we are pleased to offer an additional position to join our current aftersales team.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the daily/weekly/monthly workshop diary.
- Liaise with workshop technicians/valater, load job cards daily, monitor quality control organise parts, order parts.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Team.
- Provide excellent customer care to our clients both on the telephone and in the office.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office, e-mailing, taking and sending photo's for warranty purposes, using manufactures on-line systems. (Training will be provided).
- Perform warranty claims and liaise with warranty companies, see warranty claims through to completion, also keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Hours of work:
- Tuesday - Friday 8.am until 5.30pm.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in the Leisure Industry or Motor trade essential, in an After Sales/Customer Services or Workshop controller position very desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office essential.
- Having attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed essential.
This position requires a motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The Aftersales/Workshop Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the After Sales Department/Workshop.
