Spixworth Dental Practice is seeking an experienced and confident dentist to join our growing team to provide a dedicated paediatric extraction service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician with an interest in oral surgery and paediatric dentistry to work within an established referral pathway, carrying out:
- Orthodontic extractions following referral from local orthodontists.
- Paediatric extractions referred internally by our dentists and therapists.
- Routine and straightforward paediatric exodontia in a well-supported primary care setting.
- Clinical assessment, treatment planning and communication with referring clinicians.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a dentist who:
- Is GDC registered with an active NHS Performer Number.
- Is confident carrying out extractions.
- Has excellent communication skills and a calm, reassuring manner with children and their families.
- Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
