Kelleher Group Maintenance Ltd is a growing reactive maintenance company working throughout London and the surrounding areas, specialising in social housing and property maintenance services.
We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Pest Control Technicians to join our expanding team. We welcome applications from candidates at all stages — from trainees and newly qualified technicians to experienced pest control professionals.
About the Role
You will be responsible for carrying out pest control inspections, treatments, proofing works, and prevention services within residential and social housing properties, as well as some commercial environments. The role involves responding to reactive maintenance call-outs while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Carry out pest control treatments and inspections
- Identify pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete service reports and required documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients
- Attend reactive maintenance call-outs across London
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Maintain company equipment and vehicle
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and well presented
- RSPH Level 2 qualification preferred but not essential for trainees
- Experience working within social housing or reactive maintenance is beneficial
