Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Energy Assessor to join our team.
This is a role with a difference, you will be trained to complete energy assessments on non-domestic properties. Completing floor plans, doing heat loss calculations, gathering relevant data & inputting it into the SBEM software. Within 6 months we will pay for you to qualify as a full non-domestic energy assessor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating energy efficiency within commercial properties, providing tailored recommendations to optimise energy use, and supporting clients through the assessment process.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of commercial properties to evaluate energy performance.
- Collect detailed data on property features, insulation, heating systems, and appliances.
- Analyse assessment findings to produce accurate reports and recommendations for improving energy efficiency.
- Utilise specialised IT software.
- Manage scheduling of appointments and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth assessment processes.
- Maintain organised records of assessments, reports, and client interactions in accordance with company policies.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN. This role is ideal for qualified DEAs who want to progress to becoming a Non Domestic Energy Assessor.
