Agrii are looking to employ a qualified Seed Analyst for a permanent position at our Finmere site.

We are now seeking a Qualified Seed Analyst to join our team in Finmere. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to play a key role in delivering accurate and timely seed testing services, supporting both our commercial operations and the wider agricultural industry. Working across laboratory and field-based activities, the successful candidate will help ensure the highest standards of quality, accuracy and technical excellence.
What you'll do:
- Carry out a range of seed testing and analytical activities in line with recognised industry standards.
- Assess seed quality, purity and germination, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of results.
- Support the inspection and sampling of seed and crops where required.
- Ensure testing is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support seasonal workloads and continuous improvement.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and laboratory compliance.
What you'll bring:
- A recognised Seed Analyst qualification.
- Previous experience working within a seed testing or laboratory environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to analysis.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills and the ability to accurately maintain laborator
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
