Central Employment are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a leading beverage manufacturer based in Hartlepool.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production facility involved in the manufacturing, canning, bottling, packaging and distribution of a range of beverages. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who can thrive within a fast-paced production environment and are seeking ongoing work with a reputable employer.
We currently have the following shifts available:

6:00am - 2:00pm
-
2:00pm - 10:00pm
-
10:00pm - 6:00am
These roles are primarily offered on a static shift basis, allowing you to work consistent hours each week. However, there may also be opportunities for candidates who are flexible and willing to work a rotating shift pattern.
- £12.71 per hour for day shifts

- Working on automated canning, bottling and packaging lines

Feeding products and materials into production machinery

Packing finished products ready for distribution

Carrying out visual quality inspections

Labelling and palletising finished goods

Assisting with machine changeovers and line set-up where required

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping

Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Supporting the wider production team to achieve daily production targets
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or FMCG experience is desirable but not essential

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance

Comfortable standing for prolonged periods and carrying out manual handling duties

Able to work effectively as part of a team
