We are recruiting for a Trainee Estate Agent to learn how to do the complete job. You will initially be involved as administrative support and then as you progress will book and conduct viewings, keep in touch with our existing clients, find new business and help our clients sales move forward by liaising with all stakeholders. You will complete inspection visits on our rental properties and assist in propert management. No 2 days are ever the same in Estate Agency.

The hours are 37.5 hours a week with some Saturdays, in exchange for a lieu day during the week. In addition to the basic salary, generous bonus and commission schemes, we offer a pension scheme and a holiday entitlement of 20 days per annum plus bank holidays and all members of the team have their birthday off, on us.
Experience is great but not essential. We are looking for the right person not the right cv.
