The role
As a Fitness Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of the club. You'll be the first person a new lead meets, the voice on the other end of a sales call, and the reason a member feels at home every time they walk through the door.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Running the reception and front-of-house
- Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound sales calls
- Conducting gym tours and converting leads into members
- Looking after existing members and supporting retention
- Keeping on top of club admin and daily reporting
- Getting involved in general club promotion and local marketing
No two days look the same - and that's the point.
Who we're looking for

You're reliable. You show up, you care, and you take pride in the space around you. You're a people person who can hold a conversation, handle an objection, and still be smiling at the end of a busy shift.
