What You'll Do:
- Deliver personal care and emotional support with dignity and kindness
- Assist with mobility, medication, and mealtime needs
- Provide companionship and a reassuring presence
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality, maintain continuity of cover, and complete a safe and effective handover before leaving each shift.
- Contribute to a warm, friendly atmosphere for residents and team members alike
