Experienced Administrative Role - PART TIME
We are based in Thornaby, looking to recruit an experienced candidate for general Administration duties
We are a small but long established progressive company, at the cutting edge of our industry of manufacturing, testing and marketing orthopaedic, trauma and spinal implants. It is a challenging but interesting industry that helps transform peoples' lives in a somewhat dramatic and often life-changing manner.
You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and organised administrative function and would be providing a variety of day-to-day operations such as sales and purchase ledgers and data entry as well as getting involved in a miscellany of tasks that will add variety and interest to the position,
The Role
· Provide general clerical/admin support
· Set up and maintain manual and computerised records
· Sort and distribute mail
· Reconciliation and processing orders, invoices etc.
· Planning and scheduling of events/appointments
· Maintain stock and supplies, ordering of stationary and other supplies
Person specification:
·· Good knowledge of Adobe and excel an advantage
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
· Good numeracy skills
· Have a sharp eye for detail and be self-motivated.
· Effective use of ICT packages
· Good interpersonal skills
· Be adaptable and flexible
· Good time-keeping and attendance

Salary: £14.30 per hour
Hours of work: 25 hours week. 9 am - 2.30 pm 5 days a week (30 m lunch break)
Holidays: 28 days pro-rata (incl stats) for Year 1 rising to 33 days after 3 years
