We’re looking for a passionate Early Childhood Practitioner to support families from pregnancy through to school age. Working across Family Hubs, community settings, and home visits, you’ll deliver engaging play, learning, and parenting support to help children thrive.
1 position for 30 hours per week, and 1 position for 37 hours per week.
In this role, you will deliver engaging play sessions, as well as group and one-to-one support to children, helping to promote their development and prepare them for school. You will work closely with families, including those with additional needs, building strong, supportive relationships and encouraging positive parenting. The role also involves collaborating with partners across health, education, and community services to provide a coordinated and holistic approach to support.
The people we are looking for in this vital position will have:
- Experience of working in an Early Years setting, in a voluntary, private, or public setting
- Ability to engage and build trusted relationships with parent and carers and their children.
- Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
Ability to meet the travelling requirements of the role.
