Talented, enthusiastic and creative chef required for busy country pub with restaurant and rooms. Will be responsible for creating menus and daily specials, ordering and all other aspects of kitchen management. Looking for someone with a flair and imagination for creating their own dishes and with a keen eye for presentation.
Four straight shifts and one split per week. Monday and Tuesday off. Live out. Must have own transport.
