We work nationwide for major House Builders and Main Contractors on prestigious projects across the country
We are recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Team Leaders to join our rapidly growing company
As a team leader, you will be have good knowledge of soft landscape construction and leading a team with min 2 years experience in this role
Responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and leading a team of colleagues
- Liaising with the Office Team, Site Managers etc
- Tree and shrub planting
- Bark mulching
- Grass seeding
- Turfing
Requirements:
- Skilled in soft landscaping operations
- CSCS Card (valid / in date)
- Team player
- Driving license
- Ability to lead by example
- Ability to follow construction drawings and job sheets
- Experience of using landscape machinery
