We're looking for a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our School Aged Immunisation Service on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week) . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an essential public health programme that protects children and young people across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
You'll lead and support a dedicated administrative team, ensuring clinics run efficiently, data is accurate, and services are well coordinated. Working closely with clinical colleagues and partner organisations, you'll help shape and improve the service through effective planning, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
This is a varied role, from coordinating clinic schedules and managing staff to analysing performance data and driving service improvements, you'll be at the heart of a service that has a lasting impact on the health and wellbeing of local communities.
