Managing your own group of accounts to collect debt quickly and efficiently

Evaluating new credit requests and setting up terms and conditions

Reviewing customer credit ratings and following up payments

Responding professionally to customer and branch queries by phone and email

Negotiating repayment plans with customers and ensuring compliance

Checking and posting statements to the credit control system

Preparing monthly statements of accounts in Excel

Raising credits accurately with attention to detail
Good standard of education including maths and English. Proven experience in a similar credit control environment with excellent telephone manner.
You'll have a professional, customer-first approach with the ability to work confidently in a team and using your own initiative.
