Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs using advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and NavisWorks to create detailed plans and visualizations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications that adhere to building codes, safety standards, and sustainability principles.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, joinery specialists, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless execution.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage schedules, and oversee resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify design implementation, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Present design concepts clearly through sketches, digital presentations, and Adobe Creative Suite visualizations to communicate ideas compellingly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in architecture or construction with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D (including 3ds <PERSON>), Grasshopper 3D, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and NavisWorks.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and experience working on joinery details and interior finishes.
- Excellent negotiation skills for client interactions and vendor collaborations.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for presentation development.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and collaborate seamlessly with engineers and contractors.
