Role: Farm Consultant (specialising in Environmental Management)
Location: Office-based, near Calne, Wiltshire (plus regional client travel)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
About Us: Our dynamic team of ten consultants covers a comprehensive range of agricultural specialisms, including technical farm advice, business management, planning, stewardship, compliance, and health & safety.
FCG WhiteAvon Consultancy is part of The Farm Consultancy Group, with offices in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, and we work with a growing number of agricultural businesses nationwide.
The Role: This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of our management service team. You will focus heavily on:
· Countryside Stewardship Scheme (CSS) & Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI)
· Soil nutrient advice & environmental land management
· Natural capital & other grant-funded projects
What We Are Looking For:
- Passion for farming combined with an energetic, enthusiastic approach.
- A keen eye for figures, data, and technical detail.
- Excellent skills in time management, organisation, and communication.
- Professionalism and a smart appearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience of CSS and SFI is an advantage.
