We are looking for Experienced/ Professional Confectionery Baker to join our busy team. We bake artisan bread and cakes from scratch overnight and deliver to throughout Scotland . This role is nightshift, five nights a week starting at 10/11pm and will always include a Friday night .
You should have experience in a busy commercial bakery, preparing from scratch, baking and finishing cakes and pastries consistently to a high standard. You must be experienced in making and finishing small and large cakes and pastries in volume.
This role has come about as our cakes are so popular we need to add another experienced baker to our cream room team. It is great opportunity for the right person to really come in with ideas and make their mark, there are always opportunities to expand our range, and we are looking forward to meeting people with new ideas.
We are a small family business and have a great team who really care about producing the best quality bread and cakes for our customers along with fantastic customer service, we are grow every year and really excited about the next phase of our journey.
Full time position is 40 hours nightshift over 5 days. Good holidays (5 weeks with 4 days at Xmas and New year) and very competitive pay rates relating to experience.
