The Role
Are you practical, eager to learn, and looking for a hands-on career? No experience necessary — full training provided. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Plastic Fabricator to join our workshop team in Willenhall and grow into a skilled fabricator role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the cutting, shaping, and assembly of plastic materials
- Learn to operate workshop tools and machinery under supervision
- Learn fabrication techniques such as hot air welding, extrusion welding, and finishing
- Learn to read and interpret basic technical drawings
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety guidelines
- Support senior fabricators with day-to-day tasks
