Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and reliable Control Room Operator to join our team at a prestigious site in Belvedere.
Shift Pattern: Exact shift pattern will be discussed during your interview.
Location: Belvedere, DA17 (Applicants must live locally)
Please note, this is a Relief position on a zero hour contract, we will need you to be to flexible for day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring alarms and responding promptly to any activations
- Operating and monitoring CCTV systems effectively
- Producing clear, accurate, and timely reports
- Supporting the Alarm Monitoring Centre with daily operations
- Interacting professionally with internal teams and clients (LoB – Line of Business)
What We’re Looking For:
- Must live within a commutable distance to Belvedere
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when engaging with clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in a Control Room or security environment is highly desirable
- Valid SIA Licence is essential
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
