The ideal candidate must have a horticulture background, experience of growing from seed and plug, maintaining and selling plants in/for a retail environment.
Maintain internal & external plant displays
Seasonal planting & replanting
Identify and treat pests/diseases
Your plant knowledge has to be good
Working with the Garden Centre Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of plant care at the Centre and at the nursery.
Your input will be valued, encouraged and rewarded.
You must be able to work unsupervised, in all weather and flexible during our busy times.
