Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Labourer to join our agricultural team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the Farms milking and scraping routine.
Duties
- Milking in a herringbone parlour with one other, including a mixture of early mornings, midday and evening milkings.
- Using a tractor to scrape cubicle housing during milkings, also a mixture of morning, midaay and evening milkings.
- Supporting general farm maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in tractor driving/ scraping.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of milking practices is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical fitness to undertake manual labour
