Job Summary:
OnePower Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Director of Engineering and Infrastructure to lead engineering operations, oversee infrastructure projects, and drive the successful delivery of technical initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong experience in engineering management and project delivery.
What you'll do:
- Lead engineering and infrastructure operations.
- Oversee project planning, delivery, and resource management.
- Manage engineering teams and technical performance.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Support long-term infrastructure planning and business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in engineering, infrastructure, construction, or project management.
- Strong leadership and operational management experience.
- Excellent planning, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
Pay: £95,000.00-£125,000.00 per year
