Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to assess their energy needs and present suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to explain product benefits, technical details, and financial advantages.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and company targets are met.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through networking, referrals, and B2B outreach.
- Manage schedules efficiently to optimise appointment setting and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate information delivery and smooth project handovers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up actions using IT systems.
- Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or site visits while adhering to road safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or consultative selling, preferably within the renewable energy or related sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and online communication platforms.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple appointments and tasks.

Pay: £24,420.00-£48,478.05 per year
