The University of Stirling is seeking an Executive Director of Information Services to provide senior leadership that advances the University of Stirling’s digital strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and University Secretary and as a member of the Senior Management Team, the postholder will lead a modern, secure and future-focused strategy that supports the University’s ambitions in learning and teaching, research, student experience and global engagement.
In recent times the University has made significant strides in digital transformation, including the development of online services, enhancements to the virtual learning environment, and upgrades to support hybrid teaching. As a result, the University is recognised as a leader in the education sector’s digital evolution.
This creates an exciting opportunity to build on that momentum as we advance the institutional objectives set out in our Strategic Plan 2030. Launched in 2024, the Plan sets out our shared vision to make a positive impact on people’s lives and be a force for good in the world.
