Support North Northants (SNN)
£30,907 per annum | 37 hours per week | Kettering & Corby (hybrid, base: Wellingborough) | Fixed term to June 2027 (extension planned to March 2029)
Support North Northants is a VCSE-led community wellbeing service. Our motto is simple: we don't give up on people. We bring together voluntary, statutory and private sector partners to ensure vulnerable people get the right support, first time — and only have to tell their story once.
Leading our busy Single Point of Access (SPA) team, you'll play a key role in transforming how people access support. This is a fast-paced role requiring timely decisions, referral allocation and day-to-day leadership of SPA Officers. Working closely with the Team Leader, you'll oversee the operation of the VCSE-led Community Front Door.
