We’re working with a growing construction and civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into their Runcorn office.
This is a good opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work across concrete repairs, structural repair and civils, where you’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects while helping support the growth of the team locally.

Managing projects commercially from handover through to final account

Carrying out valuations, variations and cost reporting

Procuring and managing subcontractors and supply chain relationships

Supporting with contract administration and commercial negotiations

Working closely with site teams to monitor progress and control costs

Identifying risks and opportunities across projects

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or civil engineering

Ideally exposure to concrete repairs, structural repair or related works

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts

Able to manage workloads across multiple projects

£45k – £70k salary depending on experience
