We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operator Trainer / Demonstrator to support our sales and customer experience activities. This role ensures customers receive expert product training and demonstrations while representing both our business and the New Holland brand to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
As an Operator Trainer / Demonstrator, you will:
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support customer engagement and product promotion.
- Deliver professional product demonstrations to both individual customers and groups.
- Provide operator training to customers, ensuring safe and efficient use of machinery.
- Attend New Holland operator training programmes and sales courses as required.
- Prepare and install demonstration machines for customer events and demonstrations.
- Coordinate the transportation and logistics of demonstration equipment.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the New Holland range.
- Represent the dealership professionally at customer visits, open days, exhibitions, shows and events.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong interest in agricultural machinery and modern farming practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in delivering training and demonstrations to customers.
- Good organisational and planning abilities.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience operating agricultural machinery is a must
- A willingness to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours to support events and demonstrations.
