What’s the Job?
You‘ll be the heartbeat of our cafe keeping the team motivated, the customers happy, and the coffee flowing! From making sure every latte is served with a smile to keeping things running like a well-oiled espresso machine, you’ll be at the center of it all.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping the cafe buzzing with energy and positivity
Leading and supporting our amazing team
Ensuring top-notch customer service (and maybe even remembering our regulars orders!)
Managing stock and making sure we never run out of coffee (the horror!)
Keeping everything clean, safe, and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
A cafe/hospitality pro with supervisory experience
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
A people-person who loves making customers (and staff) smile
A lover of great coffee, delicious food, and teamwork
