Job Summary
We are seeking a dispatch member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for locating items on the shop floor for delivery and collections. Assisting with collections by customers and receiving deliveries from suppliers. This role entails manual handling of glass and window frames.
The hourly rate is minimum wage plus an attendance bonus. Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.30pm.
Responsibilities
- Load glass / frames from the shop floor onto stillages and securing to be forked onto vehicles.
- Load glass / frames from the shop floor by hand lifting up to the driver on the back of the vehicle.
- Deal face to face with customers collecting orders.
- Help with the offloading of deliveries from suppliers.
- Some yardwork will be required.
-Liasing with other members of staff to deal with queries.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Basic IT skills.
- Fork lIft license.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
