Apprentice Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency (Full-Time)
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Apprentice Sales Negotiator at our young and ambitious estate agency based in Bridgwater
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the property industry, with full training provided and clear progression into a qualified Sales Negotiator role.
With a realistic OTE of £25,000 once qualified, this role offers strong long-term earning potential and genuine career development.
About Us
The Property Centre is a well-respected and busy independent estate agency, known for delivering a personal service with great attention to detail and strong local market knowledge. Following a successful launch over the last 7 years, we are continuing to grow and are now looking to invest in new talent.
What You’ll Be Doing (With Training Provided):
- Assisting with booking and conducting property viewings
- Supporting negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Building relationships with clients and applicants
- Following up with prospective buyers and keeping records up to date
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Learning how to manage property listings and databases
- Gaining an understanding of the local property market and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong interest in property and sales
- Confident, professional, and well-presented
- Good communication and people skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Organised and able to manage your time effectively
- Full UK driving licence
No previous experience is required — this role is ideal for someone looking to start a new career.
