Job description
We are currently recruiting a warehouse assistant for our busy online clothing company. This varied role encompasses a wide range of tasks, all of which benefit from high levels of common sense and organization. Our current staff work hard, yet enjoy the friendly and relaxed environment of our growing, vibrant company. Working hours will be 9-2pm three days per week (Monday-Wednesday).
Please note that From time to time more hours will be available to cover absences and busy periods so flexibility would be preferable.
Job description
Processing deliveries
· Sort and quantify stock in, Add stock to database.
· Tally stock with invoice and report any discrepancies/faulty items
· Find suitable location for stock, put away and record location on database.
Dispatch
· Print pick list and invoices
· Pick stock ready to pack, sort by type.
· Pack and order parcels in mail type category
· Fill in recorded delivery details in the mail book
· Rectify any remaining items/discrepancies
· Bag parcels, quantify and weigh to enter order via royal mail website
General
· Open and dealing with customer returns
· Helping with Stock flow and Organization
· Tidy, hoover and dust/clean stock room area
Attributes
· Able to work using own initiative and as part of a small team
· Experience of working in a warehouse/dispatch environment would be beneficial.
· PC literate- able to use email & word documents, able to navigate stock control system with training
· Reliable and a good time keeper, trustworthy and dependable
· High level of common sense essential

Pay: £12.71-£13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
