Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art according to client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable treatments or colours.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client flow and minimise waiting times.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised after each use and properly maintained.
Skills
- Proven experience in nail technology or related beauty treatments.
- Proficiency in makeup application is a desirable bonus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a keen eye for detail.
- Organised and able to manage time effectively during busy periods.
